Important Information:

Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible. To initiate the return process, please contact us first at info@luxehaus-outlet.com. We are happy to assist you with the return and refund. A return requires that the item is unused and returned in the same condition as you received it – including the original packaging. Customers bear the cost of return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Any shipping fees for the return must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping service provider.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, a refund will be processed. The corresponding amount will be automatically credited to the payment method used for the order within 7 days.
Delayed or Missing Refund
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company – it may take a few business days for the refund to be posted. If you have already taken all these steps and still have not received a refund, please email us at info@luxehaus-outlet.com.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at info@luxehaus-outlet.com. Once your order is being processed, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please email us first at info@luxehaus-outlet.com and specify which product it is and why you want to exchange it. An exchange is possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods and only applies to unworn items in their original condition. We will assist you with the process and ensure you receive what you want.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? We are very sorry for the inconvenience – but don’t worry, we will make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible. Please first take a photo of the issue and send it to us by email so we can find a solution.
