Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible at info@luxehaus-outlet.com. Once the order has been processed, we can no longer cancel it.

Can I return the items?

Can I exchange the item?
If you want to exchange an item, please first send us an email at info@luxehaus-outlet.com stating which product it is and the reason for the exchange. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receipt and only apply to unworn items in their original condition.
