- Order processing: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Order shipping: 4-7 business days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping Costs
We do not charge any shipping fees, regardless of your order value.
Order Process
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have started processing your order. Usually, it takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to prepare your order for shipping. Once we ship your package, you will receive the tracking link in your inbox so you can monitor it closely. After that, please allow an additional 4-7 business days (Monday - Friday) for delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at info@luxehaus-outlet.com. Once your order is being processed, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Delayed Packages
It is possible, though unusual, that your package may experience some delay (especially during peak shopping periods). We apologize for this, but please be patient and allow us some extra time. We ask you to regularly check your tracking link to stay updated on your package’s current status.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? We are very sorry for the inconvenience – but don’t worry, we will make sure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible. Please first take a photo of the issue and send it to us by email so we can find a solution.
